Job Description:
Technical Documentation Manager
Responsible for overseeing the Technical Documentation department, encompassing all functions, processes, and responsibilities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure technical documentation meets project timelines, work schedules, and contractual obligations.
* Maintain a deep understanding of Liebherr product technology within the team.
* Manage compliance with relevant standards, corporate guidelines, contracts, and legal requirements.
* Liaise with suppliers to obtain necessary documentation within set timeframes.
* Investigate and implement new tools and techniques for efficient documentation production.
* Develop and manage the Li RS content editing system.
* Analyze and optimize the documentation process, identifying areas for improvement.
* Collaborate with other MCC sites to harmonize technical documentation processes and presentation.
* Recruit, develop, and supervise technical documentation department staff.
Requirements:
* A third-level qualification in engineering.
* Management experience in a similar technical organization.
* Experience in a regulated industry, preferably with a manufacturing background.
* A goal-driven individual committed to continuous improvement.
* Dedicated to achieving high-quality results and work standards.
* Skilled in developing optimal methods and processes.
* Ability to simplify and restructure technical information for diverse audiences.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
* Fluency in German or another European language is desirable.
