Health and Safety Professional
This position is focused on implementing a professional, competent and knowledge-sharing culture across our large project in Dublin.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the implementation of company strategy and expectations within standard operating procedures (SOPs), guidelines etc.
* Conduct high-quality safety inspections of workplaces to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Assist with tender and prequalification submissions, advising on Health and Safety concerns.
* Attend start-up meetings, hold risk reviews, carry out and report on investigations.
* Implement management systems and promote stakeholders' adherence to regulatory, statutory and internal Health & Safety expectations.
Requirements:
* Hold a relevant third-level qualification (e.g. health & Safety or occupational health)
* Possess NEBOSH, IOSH certification
* Have at least 5 years of experience as a Health & Safety professional in the construction industry
* Demonstrate a competent working knowledge of lifting operations BS 7121/IS 361, Temporary Works, Incident Investigations, Health & Safety audits
* Show excellent communication and IT skills
