Reporting to the Head of Development, the role of the Associate Director will be part of the Build to Rent (BTR) Team based in Head Office. There will be the opportunity to work proactively and collaboratively with other members of the Evara team as we deliver new neighbourhoods and communities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated, ambitious and commercially minded build to rent expert who wants to work on exciting residential projects.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and secure PRS and BTR investment sale opportunities across Dublin and wider Ireland, as appropriateBuild and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, REITs, AHBs, developers, and agentsManage end-to-end investment transactions, including acquisition, development advice, and salePrepare and deliver high-quality investment memoranda, marketing materials, cash flow analyses, and market reportsLiaise with legal, planning, valuation, and development consultants during due diligence and transaction processesTrack and analyse market trends, yields, rental performance, and pipeline activityProvide financial/operating/market data analysis to support operations and identify opportunities to maximize valueRent roll analysis, project market rents and consider rent roll analysis for future ownersUnderwriting (modelling) deals for the teamParticipate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to deliver strategic investment adviceQualifications and ExperienceThe ideal candidate should have strong quantitative and analytical abilities, a finance or real estate background, and a passion for real estateExperience of modelling BTR acquisitions and development10+ years experience in a similar roleBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or related fieldSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionBusiness Development and SalesWe’re removing irrelevant notices and duplicate listings; this description focuses on the Associate Director role and its core requirements.
