Bid Co-ordination Engineer
Leading the bid process from initial tender receipt to final submission, this role is pivotal in developing and submitting high-quality bids for complex engineering projects.
* Coordinate and manage all stages of the bid preparation process.
* Develop comprehensive bid programmes, action plans, and deliverables schedules.
* Organise key project meetings, design reviews, and progress updates.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate integration of tender queries, clarifications, and addenda into submissions.
* Prepare and format high-quality bid documents across technical, commercial, and compliance sections.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
* Excellent organisational and project-management skills.
* Strong writing, editing, and document-formatting ability.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and document management systems.
