We take the headache out of business management and provide cost effective, real solutions to accountants and business owners.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment OperationsMaintain our applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with reporting requirementsSchedule interviews for hiring managers and candidates using our ATS SystemProcess candidate documentation, conduct reference checks, and support background screening processesGenerate recruitment metrics and reports to track time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and pipeline healthCandidate ExperienceServe as the first point of contact for candidates, responding to inquiries and providing timely updates throughout the hiring processPrepare offer letters and employment contracts in partnership with Core HRSupport onboarding coordination to ensure smooth transitions for new hiresProcess & ComplianceMaintain recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with data protection regulationsSupport job posting processes across multiple platforms and job boardsSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseThe Ideal Candidate Will HaveHR Degree or Degree from a relevant disciplineExperience working in a Human Resource Department preferably in the recruitment divisionRelevant knowledge of employment legislationStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.Excellent professional judgment and decision-making skills.Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines in a multi-tasking and fast paced environmentAdvanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skillsExperience using HR Systems and maintaining databasesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.BenefitsWhat will you get?Competitive salary25 days annual leave (Pro rata)Health InsuranceCompany pensionCompany eventsfree food onsiteOn-site parkingReferral programmeSick payWellness programmes
