Energywise Ireland is seeking a proactive and innovative Microsoft 365 & Power Platform Analyst to act as a bridge between IT, operations, and management. The role is central to our digital transformation journey, ensuring technology is not only implemented but also embedded into daily business processes.
The focus is on using Microsoft 365 tools, the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI), and AI solutions to improve workflows and reporting. In addition, the role will play a key part in the rollout of HubSpot CRM and delivery of wider IT projects that support our growth.
This is not a pure IT back-office role — it requires someone who can communicate with teams across the business, translate needs into solutions, and help drive adoption.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the link between technical solutions and business needs, ensuring IT projects deliver real value to teams.
* Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimisation using Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
* Design, build, and manage workflows in Power Automate to reduce manual tasks and improve efficiency.
* Support the creation of dashboards and reports in Power BI, providing actionable insights for management and operational teams.
* Lead or assist in the rollout and adoption of HubSpot CRM, ensuring smooth integration with existing processes and systems.
* Work with managers to scope, plan, and deliver digital and IT projects, from system implementations to process improvements.
* Provide day-to-day support, training, and guidance on Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
* Evaluate and integrate AI-powered tools into workflows where appropriate.
* Document workflows, processes, and solutions to ensure knowledge is shared and projects are sustainable.
Requirements:
* Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook).
* Hands-on experience with Power Automate and at least one of Power Apps or Power BI.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) or experience supporting a CRM rollout.
* Strong understanding of workflows, process mapping, and business systems.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and support both technical and non-technical staff.
* Natural problem solver with a "can-do" attitude.
* Comfortable being the go-to person for digital queries within the organisation.
* IT-savvy with a problem-solving mindset, but not necessarily from a software development background.
* Experience coordinating or supporting IT and digital transformation projects is desirable.
* Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and business intelligence tools is desirable.
* Knowledge of data security and governance in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems is desirable.
* Background in business analysis, IT support, or process improvement is desirable.
