Job Title: Process Optimisation and Engineering Leadership
This role involves applying a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of Process Optimisation to deliver complex assignments.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of best practices in process optimisation, test strategy and operational integration. Key areas include management of multiple significant engineering projects through project management offices (PMO), provision of technical leadership from an engineering perspective,
* Continuously improving the performance of processes;
* SUPPORTING PROCESS DEVELOPMENT ADVANCED OPERATIONS ON TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT AND APPLICATION WITHIN THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS;
* Engaging in the implementation lean manufacture within manufacturing;

Interface with Materials Science Design Quality Assurance departments to provide customer quality product timely manner.
Validation equipment materials required for job function. Communicate participate system process troubleshooting with support team members external agents.Work part cross-functional teams ensure systems integrate all manufactured products.Analyse issues identify root causes failures ensure timely resolution.Complete FMEA's review SUPPORT development new process documentation.Follow Company Quality regulatory standards.Others duties assigned as business need arises.
