Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
* Working effectively to meet targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Handling of customer contacts by email, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution
* Appropriate handling of customer queries/complaints, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution
* Reporting and communicating to management on problems which arise and suggesting solutions to overcome them
* Liaising with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization on a regular basis
* Ad-hoc tasks pertaining to Customer Service
Requirements
* Excellent customer service experience with a proactive attitude
* Fluent spoken and written English is essential, with another European language desirable but not required
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (specifically Word and Excel)
* Ability to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
* Detail orientated; ability to complete large volume of work quickly and accurately
