Job Description

We are currently looking for a Production Workflow Manager to join our talented team here at our Dublin Studio. The successful candidate will lead and influence the optimisation and standardisation of the production workflow across all productions and every phase of production.
This is a Fixed-Term, 12 month contract based in our Dublin Studio.
Please note that our studio operates on a hybrid model, with two days per week required in the studio.
The successful candidate must have the right to work in Ireland for the duration of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
Leading production workflow adherence across all shows:
* Delivering refresher sessions on established processes for new shows
* Actively engaging in key meetings and processes on each project
* Liaising regularly with Production, CG, Pipeline and Post-Production departments to ensure observance of agreed practices.
Supporting Production Managers; facilitating effective workflow implementation on their given project.
Providing ongoing training and support for all new and existing production team members, and through the design and implementation of new production management tools in collaboration with CG and Pipeline departments.
Presenting to small and large groups, in person and virtually to positively influence workflow adherence.
Representing Production in Pipeline and CG-led initiatives as required, ensuring that production interests are given due consideration before their implementation.
Generating clear documentation to support production teams in working to agreed studio practices, updating the Production Bible to reflect same.
Key Requirements
Knowledge:
* Strong understanding of production schedule management and 3D animation pipeline and processes.
* Project management techniques.
Experience:
* Extensive experience in managing a minimum of 2 long-form Film/TV and/or Animation productions.
* Strong experience in managing scheduling and leading production teams across multiple departments.
* Extensive experience with asset tracking/database systems (e.g. Flow tracking software)
* Demonstrable experience in providing training solutions (desirable).
Technical Skills:
* Strong expertise in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
* Highly proficient in use of asset tracking software e.g. Flow Tracking Software
* Applied use of Microsoft Project or similar project management software.
* Working knowledge of Confluence or other collaborative documentation software (desirable).
* Familiarity with flowchart creation software (desirable).
* Familiarity with Unreal Engine workflow (desirable).
