A family run retailer, seek to hire a Visual Merchandising Manager for the west of Ireland.This role will suit someone who's got an eye for detail and has been part of a Visual Merchandising team in the past.
* full time position covering the west of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a team of visual merchandisers in the region
* Work closely with store managers and the marketing team
* Set up displays based on seasonal themes and company guidelines
* Plan and carry out floor moves for new and old stock
* Monitor sales and report on slow-moving products
* Support store refurbishments and new store openings
* Visit stores regularly to ensure visual standards are met
* Look for new and creative ways to improve the store's look and customer experience
Requirements
* Previous experience in retail or furniture is an advantage.
