We're Hiring: Junior Sales Engineer
Location: Ireland | Travel required for client meetings

energy-efficient compressed air solutions? Kaeser Compressors is looking for a Junior Sales
Engineer to join our growing team in Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your
technical knowledge with sales skills and help businesses optimize their operations through
compressor installations and solutions.
In this role, you will work directly with clients to assess their needs, offer tailored compressed air
solutions, and oversee the successful installation of compressors. By leveraging Kaeser’s cutting-edge
products and your technical expertise, you'll contribute to delivering high-quality solutions
that improve system efficiency and reduce energy costs.
What You'll Do
As a Junior Sales Engineer, you will:
* Assess client needs and provide tailored compressed air solutions, specializing in compressor installations and system optimization.
* Manage customer relationships by offering expert advice on Kaeser’s compressor technologies, ensuring customer satisfaction.
* Develop sales proposals and quotations, collaborating closely with the technical and sales teams to create customized solutions.
* Coordinate compressor installations, ensuring seamless execution and system integration at customer sites.
* Work with clients to optimize system efficiency and reduce energy consumption through Kaeser’s advanced technologies.
* Deliver product presentations and technical demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits of Kaeser’s solutions for compressor systems.
* Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the successful implementation and performance of the solutions provided.
* Provide ongoing technical support to customers during and after installation, ensuring products continue to meet their needs.
* Use CRM tools to track sales leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
* Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, competitor solutions, and market trends to drive business growth.
What We're Looking For
* A degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical fields.
* Strong interest in sales, with a technical understanding of compressed air systems and compressor installations.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills—comfortable explaining complex technical concepts to customers.
* Ability to build lasting customer relationships and deliver high-quality service.
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing optimal solutions for compressor installations.
* A proactive, results-driven approach to sales and customer service.
* Prior experience in sales, engineering, or compressor systems is a plus, but not required.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings, installations, and site visits.
* Full Clean Irish Driver License.
