We’re seeking a technically strong and motivational Software Development Manager to lead our engineering team in building scalable, real-time SaaS solutions on Microsoft Azure.What You’ll DoTechnical LeadershipLead the design, development, and deployment of cloud-native, scalable SaaS products using C# and .NET.Champion clean code practices and ensure the delivery of maintainable, high-quality software (ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, Microservices).Own and improve CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.Make strategic decisions around cloud architecture, leveraging Azure Functions, AKS (Kubernetes), Cosmos DB, and Azure SQL.Ensure best-in-class application security, scalability, and performance.Act as a key escalation point for complex technical challenges.Team & Delivery ManagementManage, mentor, and grow a fully remote development team across multiple regions.Drive agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) with a focus on rapid iteration and continuous improvement.Collaborate with Product Management to prioritise roadmaps and align delivery with commercial goals.Set clear team goals, measure performance, and unblock issues to keep delivery on track.Promote a DevOps culture of automated testing, infrastructure-as-code, and continuous delivery.What We’re Looking For5+ years of hands-on C# .NET development experience (including Web API, Entity Framework, and ASP.NET Core).3+ years managing software development teams in a remote or hybrid setup.Deep experience with Microsoft Azure and related services (App Services, Functions, AKS, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL).Strong grasp of modern architectural patterns like microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.Proficiency in DevOps practices and IaC tools (Terraform, ARM templates, Azure DevOps).Solid understanding of cloud security, data architecture, and system performance.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a bias for action and ownership.Nice to HaveExperience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Blazor).Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless infrastructure.Knowledge or prior experience in fleet management, telematics, or IoT platforms.What You’ll GetThe opportunity to shape the future of a mission-critical SaaS product used by leading fleets.A high-impact leadership role in a remote-first, tech-forward company.Competitive salary and benefits with room for growth and career development.A collaborative, values-driven culture focused on innovation, accountability, and performance.
