We are looking to add a new member to our office in Blarney. The role will require a person who has strong communication skills and is comfortable multitasking. We are a Recovery Services Business and this role is to help us ensure we bring a consistent and reliable service to our customers.What the job involves:Operations:Being responsible for incoming enquiries by phone, email and online bookings from companiesUsing Apex to input job informationAllocating all jobs to the relevant driverIssuing of paperwork and collection of monies dueAdministration:Keeping customer information up to dateKeeping fleet maintenance records for all our vehicles up to dateKeeping records in order for truck inspectionsKeeping certification of equipment in date and on fileGeneral administration and ad hoc administration dutiesWhat we're looking for:Strong computer skills - training of our Company Software Package Apex will be provided, experience in Apex would be an advantageGood telephone mannerFull Clean Driving LicenceA background in Recovery or similar would be an advantageA good customer service attitude.Very strong communication and listening skillAttention to detail.Fluent English (spoken & written).Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: Depending on experienceSchedule:Monday to FridayWork remotely:NoJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:FlexitimeWork Location: In person
