Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver person-centered care to residents with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, and acquired brain injuries.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to each resident's unique needs and goals.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Health or Social Care qualification (e.g., third-level degree in Psychology, Social Care, Social Work) or Fetac Level 5 – Health Care Major Award or its equivalent.
* Experience: Working in a care environment, preferably with individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, or acquired brain injuries.
* Skills: Good knowledge of cognitive rehabilitation principles and techniques, effective communication, and teamwork.
