As a key member of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying high-potential companies, planning and executing outreach strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with Account Executives to develop and implement effective outreach plans
* Identify and engage with target prospects through email, phone, and social media
* Develop and refine messaging to resonate with different industries and buyer types
* Contribute to the creation of new business opportunities and drive sales pipeline growth
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English
* A minimum of 12 months' experience in sales development or lead generation (inbound or outbound)
* Strong motivation to achieve goals and exceed targets
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
