IT Infrastructure ManagerLouth - HybridPermanentResponsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and support of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, cloud services, and security systems. Ensures high performance, reliability, scalability, and security while delivering infrastructure architecture that supports current and future business requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning, design, and delivery of IT infrastructure projectsManage and maintain enterprise infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments)Ensure high availability, robust disaster recovery, and effective business continuity for critical systemsDesign secure, scalable infrastructure solutions using Azure and hybrid cloud approachesCreate, implement, and enforce IT policies, standards, and best practicesOversee infrastructure security (firewalls, EDR, patching, vulnerability management, etc.)Manage third-party vendors and associated service-level agreementsPartner with other technology teams and business units to align infrastructure with strategic goalsBuild and maintain infrastructure roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholdersLead, coach, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers and support professionals, promoting accountability and continuous improvementRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related disciplineAt least 8 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, including minimum 2 years in a leadership or architecture roleDeep expertise in networking, server administration, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (especially Azure; AWS experience also valued)Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks and IT service management processesStrong knowledge of cybersecurity tools, practices, and regulatory/compliance requirementsProven project management and complex problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsHands-on experience with Agile ways of working and modern product/backlog management tools
