Operations & Admin Coordinator - Wicklow
Our client, A growing audio-visual systems integrator based in Wicklow, delivering technical solutions across Ireland is looking for an organised and proactive Operations & Admin Support Coordinator to join their team. You'll play a key role in keeping daily operations, logistics, and client services running smoothly, while supporting multiple internal teams.
Schedule
* Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

The Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in admin or operations support
* Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP, Zendesk, and CRM tools
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Background in a technical or service-based environment is a plus.
Duties:
* System & Financial Admin: Manage stock, purchase orders, and invoicing using SAP; assist with reconciliations and finance queries.
* Client Support: Respond to service requests via Zendesk, prepare quotes, coordinate scheduled works, and maintain accurate service records.
* Logistics & Stock: Assist with stock control, warehouse coordination, and engineer travel bookings.
* CRM & Admin Projects: Maintain CRM data, prepare client documentation, and support general business communications.
* Office Admin: Manage supplies, vehicle records, incoming calls, and general admin tasks.
