Senior Showroom Sales Consultant – Trade & Residential

The Door Centre Galway is a specialist retailer of doors and flooring, operating from a 6,000 sq ft showroom and supplying homeowners, builders, architects and designers across Galway and beyond.
We are now looking for an experienced Senior Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team - someone who enjoys working with customers, managing relationships, and closing quality sales in a professional, consultative environment.
The Role
* Manage showroom and inbound enquiries from both trade and residential customers
* Guide customers through product selection, specification and pricing
* Build strong, long-term relationships with builders, architects and designers
* Follow up quotes and progress enquiries in a structured, consistent way
* Work to clear monthly targets and KPIs including conversion and pipeline
* Act as a reliable point of contact from enquiry through to order confirmation
* Represent the brand professionally in a premium showroom environment
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in showroom, trade-facing or consultative sales
* Comfortable selling high-value, considered purchases
* Used to working with targets and sales KPIs
* Strong communication and customer interaction skills
* Organised, proactive and reliable with follow-up
Experience in doors, joinery, interiors, building materials or construction-related sales is a strong advantage, but not essential.
Pay & Benefits
* Salary: €35,000 – €45,000 per year (DOE)
* Commission: Performance-based
* Realistic OTE: €50,000 – €65,000 per year
