Santa's Grotto Cashier / Team Leader (Athlone)Location: AthloneJob Type: Part-Time, SeasonalContract Duration: November – December 2025About the RoleWe're looking for a friendly, organised, and confident Team Leader to help deliver a magical experience at Santa's Grotto this festive seasonAs the Grotto Cashier / Team Leader, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, welcoming families, and supporting our event team to create memorable moments for every visitor.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement: Welcome Greet visitors warmly, handle general enquiries, and ensure exceptional customer service. Dealing professionally with customer enquiries. Manage the daily appointment list and accommodate walk-in visitorsSales and Merchandising: Actively promote and upsell merchandise options. Handle cash and card payments efficiently and accurately.Maintenance– Ensure the smooth running of the experience and create a welcoming, well-presented environment. Monitor and manage stock levels (e.g., gifts, merchandise, tickets)Operational Support: Assist with opening/closing procedures and perform inventory.Team Reporting: Guide and motivate staff to deliver an exceptional experience with enthusiasm and confidence.
