Job Title: Executive Head Chef
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Head Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily catering operation, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the culinary team to achieve excellent food quality and presentation
* Develop and implement new menus and dishes to enhance the dining experience
* Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene
* Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
Requirements:
* Degree or qualification in Culinary Arts or related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience in senior culinary roles
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
