**Job Title:**
Sales Specialist - Lighting Solutions
This is a full-time, office-based role where you will be working closely with our customers to provide them with tailor-made lighting solutions for their commercial, residential, industrial, and healthcare needs.
You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service via phone and email. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing tailored lighting solutions to meet the specific needs of your customers
* Managing inbound and outbound calls and email queries in a timely manner
* Processing quotations, following up on leads, closing sales, and processing orders
* Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to overcome objections and drive sales growth
* Working collaboratively across departments to achieve sales and KPI targets
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A background in selling similar products within the industry, with strong product knowledge and a passion for lighting solutions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike
* Proven sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions
* Proficiency in using technology to manage sales activities and customer interactions
