Overvieweir business are recruiting for a Senior Business Analyst for a day rate contract position with our client based in Dublin.
Mandatory: Experience: Minimum 7 years in a Business Analyst role; experience in Agile environments and as a Product Owner; proficient user of Microsoft Azure Dev Ops.
Telecommunications Architecture knowledge (MS Teams Phone infra, SIP, Qo S, DSCP)Low-code/no-code / Power Apps Public-sector procurement legislation experience MS Visio working knowledge.
Education: Level 8 Degree (Bachelor's) in Computer Science.
Certifications: Professional qualification in Business Analysis or Product Development (BCS, IIBA, CBAP/CCBA, Agile BA)Agile framework certification.
Language Proficiency: Native English or CEFR C2 certification.
Skills and Competencies: Ability to author Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRD).
Experience working on Telecommunications Architecture with an understanding of MS Teams Phone Architecture, SIP trunking concepts and network prerequisites (Qo S, DSCP, latency, jitter).
Proven skill in planning and facilitating requirements elicitation workshops with diverse stakeholder groups.
Competence in applying Mo SCo W prioritisation and maintaining a requirements traceability matrix.
Experience evaluating commercial off the shelf (COTS) solutions and performing fit gap analyses.
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Apps and equivalent platforms Ability to define cloud specific nonfunctional requirements and assess Saa S offerings against them.
Working knowledge of GDPRUnderstanding of Irish public-sector procurement legislation and OGP best practice.
Proficiency in creating BPMN process maps in Microsoft Visio and developing use cases and user story epics.
Experience defining data migration requirements and validation procedures.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for interaction with a range of stakeholders, including at senior level Experience working in Agile delivery environments (Scrum or Kanban) and managing product backlogs.
Proficiency with requirements management tool, Azure Dev Ops Ability to design and apply scoring frameworks for vendor evaluation against requirements.
Capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team Ability to design and apply scoring frameworks for vendor evaluation against requirements.
