Job Overview:
The Assistant Manager plays a vital role in the store leadership team, positively impacting team member and guest experiences every day.
This position entails leading and coaching team members, holding them accountable for results, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences within the store.

* Supporting the Store Manager in developing a strong and diverse team
* Providing direct feedback, coaching, mentoring, and career guidance to team members
In addition, this role involves engaging team members in career discussions to enhance their understanding of career growth, collaborating with the Store Manager to plan and prepare team member schedules, and establishing supportive relationships with all team members.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership or people management and possess skills such as inclusion and diversity, integrity, leadership, collaboration, adaptability, decision-making, and strategic thinking.
Requirements include being legally authorized to work in the country, being at least 18 years old, having proof of the Right to Work, and being willing to travel to assigned stores and work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
