Job Title: IT Service Delivery Leader

About the Role
1. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team of service analysts and infrastructure engineers across both applications and infrastructure teams.
2. This includes planning and managing team capacity, scheduling work effectively, monitoring service health performance trends to identify risks early prevent service impact ensure adequate capacity availability resiliency service quality meet business expectations.
3.
