The Role
We are delighted to invite applications for the role of Guest Relations Agent, a key position within our Rooms Division that supports the seamless flow of communication throughout the Resort.

, one of the most prestigious sporting events globally.
As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be at the heart of the guest journey, ensuring every guest feels recognised, supported, and effortlessly cared for from their first point of contact.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the central voice of the Resort via the Call Centre and Guest Relations inbox
Deliver a warm, professional, and personalised service across all guest interactions
Handle a wide range of guest enquiries with confidence and efficiency
Manage reservations for Dining, Spa, Activities, and Golf using luxury-level systems
Coordinate guest requests and ensure seamless communication across all departments
Collaborate closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, Golf, and Guest Experience teams
Support VIP recognition, amenities, and personalised guest experiences
Maintain the Lost & Found programme with efficiency and care
Assist in delivering exceptional guest journeys and memorable stays
About You
We are seeking a naturally gracious and articulate communicator who thrives in a luxury service environment.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
A warm, engaging, and guest-focused approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational ability and exceptional attention to detail
The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong IT and systems proficiency
Previous experience in 5-star or luxury hospitality (desirable but not essential)
