Role Overview
Our Host team is at the forefront of our Food & Beverage offering, acting as the first point of contact for our guests and ensuring they feel warmly welcomed from the moment they arrive.
As ambassadors of the hotel, Hosts confidently present our menus, offer informed recommendations, and deliver a seamless arrival experience while upholding the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
Warmly welcome guests and provide an exceptional first impression in line with our service standards
Present menus confidently and offer thoughtful, knowledgeable recommendations
Manage dining reservations, ensuring accurate confirmations and prompt communication
Oversee day-of table plans to support optimal table yield and smooth service flow
Provide operational support to the floor team during busy service periods
Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of guest interaction
Deliver a seamless, refined and memorable experience for every guest
Candidate Requirements
Highly organised and efficient, with strong communication skills
Well-spoken, polished, and naturally warm in guest interactions
Computer literate, with experience using reservation or table management systems (advantageous)
Ability to remain calm, professional, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
A genuine passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
