About the Role

Our ideal candidate has at least two years' experience in Business Analysis roles within digital environments. Proficiency in using tools like Azure DevOps or similar platforms (Jira) is necessary. Additionally, strong data skills coupled with certifications in Agile Product Ownership or Scrum Master would be highly beneficial. A commitment to continuous improvement alongside empathy towards customers is crucial for success. Self-motivation and ability to prioritise tasks while meeting deadlines under changing circumstances are vital qualities required.
