Country Operations Manager Position

This role focuses on overseeing operational activities, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, technical competence, and strong problem-solving abilities.

The Country Operations Manager is responsible for managing partners' operational activities with a customer-centric mindset. This individual must exhibit exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as organisational and time-management skills.


Main Responsibilities:

* Project Management: Undertake and monitor driving and investigation activities, track results using KPIs, maintain the Plan of Record (POR), generate detailed reports, and communicate results to clients, partners, and internal departments.
* Partners Communication: Regularly engage with partners to gather insights on identified issues, address required corrections and actions, adapt plans upon needs, and ensure logistics planning is coordinated based on project execution needs.
* Finance: Validate partner invoices based on completed activities, monitor, benchmark, analyse, and report partners' costs, estimate and track planned activities to forecast revenue and costs, generate and issue quotes and invoices for completed activities, and resolve discrepancies in invoicing with partners.
* Legal and Compliance: Ensure execution compliance with contractual agreements, including pricing, performance requirements, and timelines, work closely with internal departments to address inadequate contracts or pricing structures, maintain and archive all documents related to contracts, bills, invoices, and partner communications, and track adherence to data security protocols.
