* Key Responsibilities:
* • Deliver high-quality massages, facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures/pedicures to the highest standards.
* • Maintain a client-focused service ethos, striving to exceed customer expectations at all times.
* • Provide exceptional customer service, handle queries professionally, maintain clean treatment rooms, achieve product sale targets, and perform reception duties as required.
The ideal candidate will possess ITEC/CIDESCO/CIBTAC qualifications, have experience working in a fast-paced Spa environment, excellent communication skills, and be flexible.
