The Trinity Innovation Hub Operations Manager will be responsible for establishing, overseeing and managing the Innovation Hubs operations.
This includes its facilities, embedding scalable systems and processes, ensuring that the space and systems are well managed and, operated efficiently and effectively across all functional areas.
There will be a focus on increasing customers and partner satisfaction through excellent quality and service.
Post status:3 year Fixed-Term Contract You will be responsible for overseeing the operational management of the Trinity Innovation Hub.
The duration of this contract is limited to the above fixed-term period as the role is a newly established position created to support the establishment and operational delivery of the Trinity Innovation Hub during its initial development phase.
In particular, the role is required to lead the set-up and implementation of operational systems, processes, facilities management, and service delivery models necessary to ensure the effective launch and early-stage functioning of the Hub.
The role is not offered on a permanent basis as it relates to a defined phase of activity associated with the establishment and early operation of the Trinity Innovation Hub.
During the fixed-term period, Trinity Innovation & Enterprise will evaluate the longer-term operational model and resourcing requirements of the Hub.
The continuation of the role beyond the fixed-term period will therefore be subject to a review of operational needs and strategic priorities Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 1 (Points 1-3), Salary Scale (€69,545 - €89,965 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
