HR Officer Role Overview
The role of HR Officer is pivotal in supporting and enhancing the people strategies within an organisation. As a key member of the team, you will oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, onboarding, training and development, payroll administration, absence management, employee relations, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment processes, onboarding of employees, and delivery of induction training.
* Plan, organise, and assist in the delivery of training and development for all staff.
* Manage absence and employee relations issues.
* Oversee and provide support with performance management.
* Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are implemented consistently.
* Maintain all fair employment records and ensure the fair employment monitoring return is completed.
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a HR role, with a focus on employee relations and absence management.
* Strong knowledge of RoI and UK employment law.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Effective organisational, planning, and time management skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft suite.
