Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Project Administrator to support and coordinate the deployment and implementation of industrial vending solutions. This role involves working closely with customers, internal IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure the smooth planning, execution, and delivery of projects.
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering IT-related projects.
* Act as the primary liaison between customers and the IT team.
* Support project managers in tracking project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a project coordination or IT support/admin role.
* Strong understanding of IT systems, networking, or hardware deployments - particularly relevant to industrial equipment or vending solutions.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
