Fexco is seeking Customer Service Advisors to join our outsourcing division in Kerry, Ireland. The role is full-time and permanent, with on-site work in Killorglin.

Responsibilities:
* Providing advice to customers via phone, email, and webchat after comprehensive training.
* Maintaining knowledge of products, services, and customer information through our accessible knowledge base.
* Investigating and resolving customer queries through first contact resolution where possible.
* Ensuring adherence to data protection laws (GDPR) and confidentiality principles.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for individuals who are customer-focused, team-oriented, enthusiastic, motivated, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment. Proficiency in computer skills is essential.
