This role will be a combination of being based in our collaboration hub in Abbey Quarter, and periods of travel throughout the Tirln catchment area Responsibilities Youll gain experience across the Milk Supply Function to include managing on farm milk quality and compliance to regulations, milk supplier account management, while pursuing a career in a challenging and fast-moving environment. You will work closely with the Milk Supply Manager team, gaining experience in terms of one to one farmer engagement and problem solving You will advance your technical experience while collaborating on project work with the wider Tirln functions including Agribusiness, Transport and Q&C You will develop areas ranging from on-farm interactions, technical knowledge of the dairy industry and project management. Maintaining compliance documentation will form part of the role and you will have the opportunity to own and improve processes with the support of the Regional Manager Requirements High academic record to date in the following fields of study: Agricultural Science, Agribusiness or related discipline; and expected minimum of a 2.2 honours primary degree Ambition to progress successfully in a career in agribusiness in an exciting, ever-changing and challenging environment Drives collaboration and builds partnerships to meet shared objectives Communicates clearly and can influence at all levels Demonstrates a thirst for knowledge with a desire to continually learn and grow Analytically minded with the ability to develop creative insights and execute change If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up-to-date resume.
