The sales team is currently looking for an Inside Sales professional. The successful candidate will focus on supporting the sales team and gaining experience and market knowledge in close cooperation with the sales director.

* The daily activities would involve supporting the sales team and gathering experience and market knowledge in close cooperation with the sales director.
* Independently handling customer contacts.
* Actively identifying markets and trends.
* Supporting and developing existing and new customers in the international chemical market.
* Implementing a sales strategy for your region.
* Helping to shape new services based on customer and market requirements.

Your profile
* You have an apprenticeship or a degree, e.g. in business administration or sales management, and have some initial professional experience in sales (preferably with customers in the chemical industry).
* You have an organized and structured working style and are goal- and solution-oriented.
* You have strong communication skills and are fluent in English; German is a plus.
* You are motivated, assertive, and a high performer.
* You are highly customer-oriented with a confident and friendly manner.
* You are willing to travel within the sales region for some exhibitions.
