We're seeking a skilled Senior Recruiter to join Gong and significantly impact our expanding organization.
As a Sr.
Recruiter, You Will
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for roles in R&D, Product, and other areas.
Partner with internal stakeholders on talent acquisition.
Build strong candidate relationships and enhance the candidate experience.
Focus on direct sourcing, referrals, and creative, low-cost strategies to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Stay updated on the latest recruiting technology, trends, and practices.
Champion Gong's operating principles and unique culture.
You Should Apply If You
Have 5 + years of end-to-end recruiting experience in a technology company, preferably a high-growth one.
Excel in communication and relationship-building, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Have demonstrated success with direct sourcing.
Are tech-savvy and familiar with the latest recruiting tools.
