Junior Construction Project Manager
**Overview**
Our company is seeking a driven Junior Construction Project Manager to support the successful delivery of upcoming residential and commercial developments. This role is ideal for someone early in their construction management career who is eager to learn, grow, and eventually lead their own projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Project Manager in coordinating all aspects of construction projects.
* Support planning, scheduling, and delivery of residential and mixed-use developments.
* Track progress against project timelines and budgets.
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure clear communication and workflow.
* Attend site meetings and take minutes/actions as needed.
* Maintain project documentation and update records in line with compliance and quality standards.
* Identify and flag risks or delays early to ensure corrective action can be taken.
* Assist with health and safety compliance, snag lists, and final handovers.
Requirements:
• 12 years of experience in a Project Management, Site Coordination, or Assistant PM role within construction.
• Third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to take on challenges.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
• Working knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Procore, BIM360, etc.) is a plus.
• Full clean driving licence.
