Career Vision Recruiters is seeking a dynamic Cluster Business Development Manager to join our client's growing team. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth across multiple locations while developing your professional expertise in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth across hotel properties.
* Maintain and grow relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and key partners.
* Develop and implement strategic sales, marketing, and revenue growth plans.
* Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify industry trends to inform business strategies.
* Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales initiatives.
* Coordinate with hotel operations to ensure the successful delivery of services to clients.
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and business development strategies to senior management.
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel brand.
* Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address issues to maintain long-term relationships.
* Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across hotel services, including rooms, events, F&B, and loyalty programs.
* Mentor and support junior sales or business development staff, sharing best practices and strategies.


The Candidate

* Minimum 2 years experience in a business development or sales role (recruitment or professional services experience preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong commercial awareness and analytical abilities
* Results-driven with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
* Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and foster long-term relationships
* Experience working with corporate clients and agencies is a plus
* Knowledge of the local market is advantageous
