As a Capacity Administrator, you will play a vital role in overseeing applications from receipt to scheduling, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process and validate applications, adhering to established timelines and procedures.
2. Support scheduling, document management, and quality control processes.
3. Maintain and update workflow systems and databases, including European platforms.
4. Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and European regulatory bodies.
5. Assist with non-product-specific administrative duties.
6. Identify and escalate scheduling or resource issues to management.
7. Contribute to performance targets, customer service standards, and departmental goals.
Requirements
8. Minimum 1 year experience in a busy office environment.
9. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise large volumes of work.
10. Excellent attention to detail and accurate typing skills.
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
12. Experience in data entry and administrative support.
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
14. Team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
