Our client is currently seeking a Production Team Leader to join their dynamic team in Naas.About the Role:As Production Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of the production line operations. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating your team to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily production activities to meet targets and deadlinesEnsure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulationsSupport continuous improvement initiatives across the production lineProvide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team membersMonitor product quality and troubleshoot production issues as neededWhat We're Looking For:Previous experience in a food production environment is desirableStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented settingProactive problem solver with a focus on resultsFlexibility and a can-do attitudeLocation: Naas, Co.
