**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing multi-disciplinary tech transfer projects for drug substance and drug product.
You will lead the project team through all project phases to regulatory submission, engaging site teams as required. Your primary goal is to ensure successful project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and execute multi-discipline Tech Transfer projects (Drug Substance / Drug Product)
* Develop project controls (Project Execution Plans (PEP), schedules, risks, tracking and budgets)
* Lead the project team through all project phases to regulatory submission, engaging site teams as required
* Manage selected projects within the sites project portfolio
* Develop project controls to ensure alignment of project timelines with business needs
* Resolve issues and escalate risks in a timely fashion to relevant stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
Experience and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 6+ years industry experience with at least 4 of those years working in a project management role
* Demonstrated leadership of technical and/or operational teams or projects within a biopharmaceutical manufacturing organisation
* Experience of product transfer across a network
* Biopharmaceutical Bulk Drug Substance manufacturing, Aseptic Fill Finish, and Ops readiness expertise
* Strong presentation and communication skills to multi-level stakeholders
* Proficiency in the use of project management tools/software
* Experience in leading cross-functional matrix project teams
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Science, or a related field is desirable.
Desirable Experience and Qualification:
* Experience in a Vaccines, Biologics, or Sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
* Project management qualifications (e.g., PMP certification)
