2. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure consistent availability of required materials and goods.
3. Supply Chain Collaboration: Collaborate with operations and production teams to align supply plans with project timelines.
4. Analytics and Optimization: Analyse inventory data to manage reorder levels and optimize stock control.
5. Discrepancy Resolution: Oversee the resolution of any procurement or inventory discrepancies.
6. Purchase Order Management: Support internal teams in managing purchase orders and closing procurement activities.
7. Warehouse Organization: Maintain efficient warehouse organization and space utilization.
8. Supplier Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong supplier relationships while ensuring value and reliability.
9. Cost Control and Process Improvement: Participate in cost control and process improvement initiatives.
10. Supplier Performance Tracking: Track supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
11. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the supply chain function.
12. Reporting and Updates: Provide regular reporting and updates on material usage and procurement performance.
