Job title: Customer Service Advisor - Part Time - Work from home

Salary: €28,080 a year (pro-rata for 20 hours: €14,040).
Shift and schedule: Monday to Friday; work-from-home flexibility. Remote-ready requirements apply.
Responsibilities
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone, email, and web chat; aim to deliver solutions that meet individual needs.
* Identify customer needs and respond to product-related questions (price, features, and benefits).
* Handle high volumes of inbound requests with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency; log and escalate when appropriate.
* Assist customers on insurance needs and manage outbound calls to generate sales and renewals (as applicable to the role).
* Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
Qualifications and requirements
* Previous experience in a similar customer service role is preferred; experience with social media platforms is an advantage.
* Excellent written English and strong communication skills.
* Proficient with computers and multiple software applications simultaneously.
* Ability to listen attentively, empathize with customers, and adapt to different needs.
* Self-motivated with responsibility for resolving customer issues; able to work independently from a home workspace with reliable Wi-Fi (minimum 10 Mbps).
