Job Title: Neurology Clinical Project Coordinator
This role requires a skilled and experienced project coordinator to support the delivery of a national postgraduate diploma in neurology nursing. The successful candidate will work closely with the project manager to establish and manage the clinical training element of the course, engaging with relevant stakeholders across the health service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the project manager to embed the clinical aspects of the course delivery at a national level.
* Build working relationships at a national level to support the delivery of the course and create a plan to support future course candidates.
* Identify channels and opportunities to promote the course nationally.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a primary degree in nursing or a related field, with proven experience in project management in a healthcare environment. They should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively collate information and prepare professional reports.
They should be able to demonstrate planning and organisational skills, including time management and the ability to use their own initiative. Additionally, they should have evidence of problem-solving analytical and decision-making skills, as well as experience of working in cross-functional teams.
Working Conditions:
The role holder will require a full clean driving licence and access to appropriate transport to fulfil the requirements of the role, which involves travel across multiple locations. They will work closely with the existing project manager to cover a national remit and will be based in Beaumont Hospital and RCSI.
