Job Title: People Engagement and Strategy Specialist

Sanderson is partnering with a rapidly growing education and care centre client to recruit an HR Business Partner on a permanent basis to support our client's people strategy and drive positive employee experience.
\
This role would suit someone who is operating at a Senior Generalist level looking to get to the next step or a new or developing HR Business Partner.
\
The position involves:
\

* Advising and coaching managers on HR matters including performance, absence and conflict
\
* Leading investigations and managing employee relations cases
\
* Ensuring compliance with HR policies, GDPR and employment law
\
* Overseeing probation, performance reviews and development pathways
\
* Managing workplace incident reporting and liaising with relevant teams
\
* Supporting benefits administration and payroll coordination
\
* Leading or contributing to HR projects and data reporting
\
* Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
\
* Providing guidance on HR best practices and industry trends
\
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
\
* Identifying and mitigating potential HR risks and issues
\
* Building strong relationships with employees, managers and stakeholders
\
* Communicating HR policies and procedures effectively
\
* Staying up-to-date with changes in employment law and regulations
\
* Contributing to the development of HR processes and procedures
\
* Providing training and support to employees and managers
\
* Analyzing and interpreting HR data to inform business decisions
\
* Developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives
\
Required Skills & Experience:
\
\
* Solid HR generalist experience ideally within a fast-paced multi-site environment
\
* Strong knowledge of Irish employment law
\
* Excellent communication, coaching and problem-solving skills
\
* Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and discretion
\
* Strategic thinking and planning skills
\
* Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
\
* Experience with HR systems and software
\
* Knowledge of GDPR and data protection laws
