At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a driven Technical Manager with experience in Lift or Vertical Transport Systems to join our client’s growing team based in Limerick City. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Technical Manager to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:
* Driving and maintaining high technical standards across systems and processes to align with organizational goals.
* Ensure communication and co-ordination with key stakeholders in the business.
* Support field engineers and Supervisors with complex technical issues, ensuring swift and effective resolutions.
* Monitor onboarding and ongoing CPD (Continuing Professional Development) for engineers, supervisors, and managers. Manage progression plans for all engineers towards product excellence.
* Manage and analyse “sick lift” reports to reduce high-frequency call-outs in co-ordination with Service Department.
* Coordinate with HQ to facilitate webinars, face-to-face sessions, and technical updates.
Experience you need:
* Proven experience in a technical or engineering leadership role, ideally in lift or vertical transport systems.
* Strong problem-solving skills and technical acumen.
* Experience delivering training or mentoring technical staff.
* Knowledge of health & safety regulations and performance monitoring.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
