We are currently seeking an experienced Café Supervisor to join our team In Sneem.
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the café, lead staff on shift, and help ensure a high standard of customer service at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising daily café operations
* Supporting, training, and motivating staff
* Maintaining excellent customer service standards
* Assisting with opening and closing procedures
* Ensuring cleanliness, organisation, and compliance with food safety standards
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a café or hospitality environment
* Supervisory or leadership experience
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A reliable, professional approach to work
* The ability to work well in a busy environment
