Job Title: Dining Operations Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring outstanding guest service delivery in line with our high standards. You will support the planning, organisation, and execution of all private dining events, supervise and train the Private Dining team to deliver exceptional service, and handle guest feedback and requests promptly and professionally.
To succeed in this position, you will need strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to promote food and beverage sales and control operating costs while maintaining the highest service and quality standards. You will also be responsible for assisting in developing and implementing departmental procedures and standards, managing daily operations, including briefings, scheduling, and communication with all departments, and supporting the Private Dining Manager in recruitment, training, and performance reviews. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards, and act as Duty Manager when required.
