1. Support daily store operations and ensure consistent customer experience.
2. Drive sales performance through effective team training and coaching.
3. Maintain visual merchandising and stock presentation standards.
4. Assist in inventory control, cash handling, and compliance with store policies.
5. Lead and motivate staff, stepping in for the Store Manager as needed.
6. Uphold health, safety, and company standards, including opening and closing procedures.
Requirements:
