Our environment is a place where you can make your mark.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging the end to end experienced hire recruitment process for our offices in Dublin, Galway, Cork and LimerickPartnering with our HRBP's and Senior Leaders to understand hiring needs and develop appropriate recruitment strategiesManaging multiple recruitment assignments and stakeholders while ensuring communication is maintainedDevelop tailored sourcing strategies: market insights and strategy planningBuild and maintain strong candidate pipelinesStrong candidate experience from: sourcing, screening candidates, assessments, interview preparation to offerManage candidates offer process and negotiationsExperience of relocation, immigration guidance and trackingData Integrity on all internal systems, trackers (ATS)Collaborating across multiple functionsManaging relationships with 3rd partiesDriver in for continuous improvement and updating of processes, procedures and strategic activitiesRepresenting Ireland amongst our international Forvis Mazars colleagues at global events sharing the best practice and programmatic workLiaising with the relevant internal stakeholders both in Ireland and within Forivs Mazars Group for secondment opportunities as well as collaborating on online recruitment marketing campaigns and promote our brand and our employer value propositionIdeal CandidateYou are an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist, committed to providing a best in class candidate and client experienceYou have strong in-house recruitment experience (ideally within professional services)You have experience with immigration and relocation of candidatesExperienced in developing effective sourcing strategies across multiple channels and building strong pipelinesPossess top tier interpersonal and communication skills and are comfortable communicating with stakeholders, business leaders and candidates alikeYou have excellent administrative and organisational skills with strong (Microsoft 365)Team player who thrives in a collaborative environmentProcess driven with commitment to continuous improvementDon't wait.
