HRIS Programme Manager – Contract Role Location: Dublin, Ireland (3 days onsite (flexible)Contract:12‑month initial contract Start Date: Early March Stelfox is seeking anexperienced HRIS Programme Managerfor one of our leading clients based in Ireland.
This is a key strategic role responsible for leading multiple HRIS workstreams, with a strong emphasis on the end-to-end SAP Payroll implementation.
You will play a central role in ensuring the successful delivery of HR technology initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of HRIS projects and ensure alignment with business goals.
Lead end‑to‑end SAP Payroll implementation (scope, configuration, testing, go‑live).
Manage stakeholders across HR, Finance, Payroll, IT, and vendors.
Drive change management, communications, and user adoption.
Ensure compliance with payroll legislation, GDPR, and audit requirements.
Manage programme budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
Skills and Qualifications: Proven HRIS/Payroll programme management experience in complex environments.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, integrations, and compliance.
Hands‑on SAP Payroll delivery experience (Success Factors ECP or SAP HCM).
Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and governance capability.
Experience working in matrixed or global organisations.
SAP certification in Payroll or HR modules, GDPR knowledge, PRINCE2/PMP/Agile certification.
Degree in HR, IT, Business, or equivalent experience.
